President and founder, John W. Gabriel, AIA brings over 35 years of experience to Gabriel Architects. He began his career with 3D/International (formerly Neuhaus and Taylor), then at Morris * Architects where he was a Principal.
John has designed and managed a broad spectrum of building types and interiors. Highlights of his career include new theater facilities for A. D. Players, corporate office facilities for Stolt-Nielsen, masterplan and corresponding buildings for Trinity Lutheran Church, and Bayou Lofts: restoration and adaptive reuse of the historic Southern Pacific Building.
“My goal on every project is to find something in what I do to strengthen what my client does.” That objective transcends the normal role of an architect, and brings it to a higher plane.
“John personally may be understated, but his work is unsurpassed.”
